Okay but why

There are a million filters like this already, but I wanted one perfectly tailored to my workflow. Context menu integration is the biggest deal for me, reskinning is a nice bonus. Also when the filter is at the neutral position no processing happens at all, which is a must for me.

The goal is to be the "ol' reliable" filter plugin.
